On Constellation project, we’ve been working on two significant changes that would increase the supply of housing that is affordable for people on low to moderate incomes in Australia. Our submission to the parliamentary inquiry details two of the potential changes – the introduction of Mandatory Inclusionary Zoning and attracting institutional investment via the Housing Boost Aggregator.
We know we cannot solve this problem alone and we are committed to working across sectors including business, not for profit, academia, philanthropy and government.
