No one organisation or agency can do it alone, we need the collective wisdom, strength, and experience of the Constellation Project.
The Constellation Project is about a community coming together in a different and innovative way. Bringing together the knowledge and brain power of all the partners and contributors to develop new and sustainable solutions to homelessness. We can do it, that’s why I am involved!
