Our Projects
The Constellation Project is centred on driving smart solutions to homelessness
We achieve this by bringing diverse groups of people together with the right skills and backgrounds to discover and test solutions. All our work is underpinned by leading practice in inclusion of people with lived experience of homelessness.
Each project plays an integral role in achieving our twofold goal; which is, increasing the supply of safe, affordable homes and generating pathways that help people avoid or exit homelessness.
